The procedure for conducting mediation in the court as regulated in PERMA Number 02 of 2003 was found to be a problem originating from PERMA itself. Then MA revised PERMA Number 02 of 2003 with PERMA Number 01 of 2008. After a long period of time it turned out that PERMA Number 01 of 2008 had its shortcomings, namely the mediation procedure in the court had not optimally fulfilled the need for mediation and increased the success of mediation in court. The Supreme Court decided to issue the latest regulation again, namely PERMA Number 01 of 2016. 摘要
本研究想要了解Langsa Mahkamah Syar'iyah的离婚案件调解问题。2003年第02号PERMA规定的在法院进行调解的程序被发现是PERMA本身的问题。然后MA用2008年的PERMA号01修改了2003年的PERMA号02。经过很长一段时间，人们发现2008年第01号PERMA的不足之处，即法院调解程序没有很好地满足调解的需要，提高了法院调解的成功率。大法院决定再次发布最新规定，即2016年第01号PERMA。
