After the growing interest in regular or competitive sports practices, the need for adaptation of health professionals focused on guidance and monitoring was born. The purpose of the following research is to verify the prevalence of injuries in beach tennis players. For data collection was applied an online clinical questionnaire developed by the authors, containing 11 closed questions. The results of the study were 37 volunteer athletes aged between 18 and 57 years of which 16 (43.2%) were male and 21 (56.8%) female. The study of the data obtained shows that the prevalence of pain is higher in the elbow joint being reported by 11 participants (30.56%) followed by prevalent pain in the shoulder joint present in 8 (22.22%) and in 15 ( 40.54%) of athletes symptoms occur less frequently than one month apart It is concluded from the present study that the most referred sites during the research need a specific evaluation so that the preventive / curative treatment plan is more effective. effective decreasing its occurrence thus increasing the lifespan of the athlete as well as his best performance.
