摘要

本研究旨在描述和分析1)领导和工作动机对员工工作满意度的影响;2)领导和工作动机对员工绩效的影响;3)工作满意度对员工绩效的影响;4)以工作满意度为中介变量的领导和工作动机对员工绩效的影响。在Panggul - Trenggalek地区的SMKN 1进行的研究采用了定量方法,通过对总人口和50名受访者的抽样调查问卷收集数据。使用的数据分析技术是路径分析,即通过了解自变量对因变量的直接和间接影响。基于此,可以得出结论:1)领导和工作动机对员工工作满意度有显著影响;2)领导能力和工作动机对员工绩效有显著影响;3)工作满意度对员工绩效有直接的显著影响,4)领导和工作动机对员工绩效有直接和间接的显著影响,工作满意度作为中介变量。
