摘要

本文提出了一种用于时间交错adc数字背景校正的流水线后处理器结构。采用自适应滤波技术对ADC通道间的偏置和增益失配进行校正。仅使用一个校准单元来校准所有ADC通道,并且增加时间交错ADC中并行通道的数量不会显着影响所建议的后处理所需的硬件。采用FPGA合成的10位4通道处理器与传统架构相比,硬件使用量降低了55%,功耗降低了25%。
