本研究考察了绩效型组织文化和LMX差异对组织公民行为公平敏感性与知识共享关系的调节作用。结果表明,与个人绩效相比,当收益分享更被强调时,当LMX分化较低时,仁慈者表现出更多的组织公民行为和知识共享,而实体无论基于绩效的组织文化和LMX分化如何,都没有差异。此外,LMX分化的调节作用被LMX所证实。在此基础上,讨论了研究的意义和未来的研究方向。
