摘要

收益管理在酒店管理中得到了广泛的应用。然而,研究并没有考虑到客户满意度。本文在消费者行为理论的基础上构建了效用函数。在此基础上,建立了消费者离散选择模型。然后利用变精度粗糙集来减少影响消费者选择的因素并计算权重。在此基础上建立了酒店分配模型。最后通过算例对模型进行了验证,结果表明了模型的有效性。
