Calibration standards are implemented on a printed circuit board and are connected to the VNA ports through a set of micro-electro-mechanical-system (MEMS) switches. We verify our unit by comparing corrected measurements of verification items obtained after calibrating the VNA with our electronic unit and with mechanical devices.
