The optical absorption of PPC was studied in the range (400-1100 nm) for different concentrations of Perylene from 10 ppm up to 200 ppm. It showed absorption characteristic peak at 574 nm which increased with dye concentration. The detection of fluorescence of polymer composite illustrated a fluorescence peak at 612 nm with maximum intensity at 200 ppm. The polymer composites were characterized by using DSC, TGA up to 600C, and FT-IR in the range (400-4000 cm) which did not illustrate any structure variation with the addition of Perylene dye up to 200 ppm.
