Hipertansiyon ile İlişkili Spontan Hifema

A 68 year old female patient were admitted to our clinic with complaint of blurred vision on the left eye. There was no significant systemic disease except hypertension on her medical history. She was denied any ocular trauma. We were estimated 2 mm level hyphema on the biomicroscopic examination. Hematological and coagulation tests were with in normal limits. Spontaneous hifema associated with hypertension was diagnosed. We want to point out hypertension that was a rare cause of spontaneous hyphema in this case.
