摘要

本文用计算机诊断方法研究粘连性肠梗阻患者围手术期血流波动幅频谱的变化。为了研究微循环床的状态及其调节机制,采用激光多普勒血流仪进行了研究。现有结果表明微循环系统水平发生了显著变化。手术结束时组织血液循环中断,体温下降,导致机体各器官、系统缺氧,功能紊乱,实质器官功能不足,并发症发生。
