摘要

本研究旨在确定学历与能力对教育品质的提升。研究方法采用定性描述法。本研究采用观察法、访谈法和文献法进行数据收集。本研究的对象是STAI Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Malang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah教师教育的学生(2017/2018)。本研究的结果获得的数据表明,以前的学历与基础教育不合适/不是线性的,通过学历和能力来提高教育质量对MI教育有积极的影响。
