To miniaturize this conformal LPDA antenna array, the LPDA antenna with curvilinear dipoles is used. Simulated and measured results show the LPDA antenna with curvilinear dipoles has good radiation performances. Mounting on a ROHACELL foam cone, the LPDA antenna with curvilinear dipoles maintains its radiation characteristics. Conformal LPDA antenna array for direction finding application
