摘要

本研究以巴东攀江市政府为研究对象,以工作满意度为中介变量,分析控制源和自我效能感对组织公民行为的影响。本研究采用的抽样方法是比例随机抽样。这项研究的受访者人数为285人。使用的分析技术是中介回归分析。结果表明:控制源对工作满意度无显著影响;自我效能感对工作满意度有显著影响;控制源对组织公民行为无显著影响;自我效能感对组织公民行为有显著正向影响;工作满意度不成为控制源对组织公民行为影响的中介;工作满意度在自我效能感对组织公民行为的影响中起中介作用
