摘要

提出了一种实用的基于弱电压区域监测和不完全可观测性的PMU配置方法。首先,用CPF计算所有母线的SNB曲线。然后采用电压幅值变化法寻找相同负载变化率下的弱电压母线。采用归一化δ v较大的母线作为弱电压母线。以电压幅值变化率为分组标准,提出了时域和频域两种弱电压母线分组相似度指标。根据弱电母线的相似度并考虑地理因素,构造了模糊极大树对弱电母线进行分组。为了实现PMU的均匀稀疏定位,我们引入了PMU结构的不完全可观测性和放置规则。最后,给出了PMU的整体配置流程图,并在ieee118总线系统上进行了仿真,验证了该方法的有效性
