摘要

根据辐射加热技术,建立了真空炉加热室温度场的仿真模型。为实现炉膛温度均匀性控制标准,采用九点法布置热电偶。针对真空炉结构复杂的特点,采用数值模拟软件ANSYS对其进行建模和分析。最后,在保持固定的外墙尺寸和良好的温度均匀性的条件下,对工作区域的尺寸进行了优化,得到了最大值。
