Meanwhile, a RTDS black start simulation model using Luxi Back-to-back VSC-HVDC system as power supply of Yunnan power grid/Guangxi power grid was built. With VSC-HVDC C & P system and the RTDS model, a closing loop simulation platform of power grid black-start system was built. 摘要

随着大型直流输电项目的投运,基于直流输电的黑启动已成为调度运营部门制定电网黑启动方案的重点考虑因素。本文研究了黑启动控制策略的机理和目标网络收费下黑启动控制策略的可行性。提出了一种改进的开关合闸控制策略,优化合闸合闸时机,使vdc - hvdc系统充电过程中网络电压从零上升到额定电压。同时,建立了以鲁西背靠背VSC-HVDC系统为滇桂电网供电的RTDS黑启动仿真模型。利用VSC-HVDC输配电系统和RTDS模型,建立了电网黑启动系统闭环仿真平台。仿真结果验证了所提策略的有效性。
