Light-absorbing inorganic coatings for solar and optoelectronic elements
The light-absorbing coatings based on low-vacuum aluminum condensates are alternative to existing light-absorbing coatings. Such coatings obtained by special methods of metal condensation in low vacuum have extremely high absorption factor (As > 95 %) in the visible and infrared spectral regions makes optical properties of these coatings similar to black body properties. It was investigated the morphology and optical properties transformation of such coatings after one-year exposure to open space simulator. The effect of substructure and optical characteristics stability of inorganic light-absorbing thermoregulatory coatings based on low-vacuum aluminum condensate at thicknesses t > 0.3 μ and the size effect associated with substructure and optical properties degradation of coatings at small thicknesses (t < 0.2 μ) were found.
