Measure 1 (M1) is Reconstruction of the electric drive and control of a basic hoisting machine. Measure 2 (M2) is Reconstruction of the electric drive and control of a fan. A technological analysis for determining losses in percent without implementation of M1 and M2 was made. An investment analysis to determine energy savings in percent and in kWh/y with implementation of M1 and M2 was performed. The value in kWh/y is adjusted with a coefficient of emission factor (CO2) for electrical energy. Further research will involve an analysis of other energy conservation measures and their impact on the reduction of harmful emissions.
