摘要

目的:本研究旨在确定在土耳其大学工作的院士对阻止女性上升到高层管理的人为障碍的看法。材料与方法:本描述性研究是通过在线调查的方式,在2022年2月16日至3月15日期间,对394名在中国科学院积极工作并同意参与研究的院士进行调查。结果:参与研究的院士对玻璃天花板障碍的感知与年龄、性别、婚姻状况、有无子女、学历、职称存在差异(p0.05)。本研究使用的院士玻璃天花板障碍量表平均得分为74.30±18.93,发现院士对阻碍女性晋升高层管理的人为障碍有中等程度的认知。结论:本研究清晰地揭示了男性和女性对性别平等的看法,为学术界提供了指导性数据。
