This paper shows how to implement policies regarding the professional development of teachers in the NTLS. The results show that the NTLS has performed professional development work such as directing the development and implementation of school education plans and professional training activities. 摘要

在农村地区工作的教师需要专业和教学技能支持。这项研究是在河内的初中(NTLS)学校进行的。本研究指出了NTTS专业学习社区对教师的政策和教师对plc的专业发展的两个问题。本文阐述了在外语教学中如何实施教师专业发展政策。结果显示,学校已开展专业发展工作,如指导学校教育计划的制定和实施以及专业培训活动。PCLs是NTTS教师发展教学专业的目标。
