Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu ABK di SLB Harapan Mulia Kota Jambi tentang perawatan gigi dan mulut dengan metode Tell Show Do dan meningkatkan kunjungan perawatan/pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di puskesmas/RS. Metode: edukasi menggunakan laptod dan LCD tentang teknik Tell Show Do dalam perawatan gigi dan mulut pada ABK, lalu memberikan buku saku pada masing-masing ibu ABK. Penilaian pengetahuan dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan orang tuan (p=0,0001)setelah diberikan pengetahuan dengan metode Tell Show Do Kesimpulan: adanya pengaruh pemberian edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan Tell Show Do pada Orang Tua murid ABK di SLB Harapan Mulia Tahun 2019 \nABSTRACTBackground: Children with special needs are at risk of living with oral problems, therefore they need help from other people, namely parents or family to guide them in maintaining the health of their teeth and mouth.
