摘要

在第三代移动通信系统中,由于新业务的不断涌现,归属位置寄存器(HLR)瓶颈问题将更加严重。提出了“基于分布式HLR数据库的终端辅助k位置跟踪”的移动管理方法。TA k-LT借助终端和车辆位置寄存器(VLR)可以大大降低HLR注册负载,分布式HLR数据库可以显著降低HLR呼叫传递负载。此外,TA k-LT还可以克服分布式HLR数据库的多个HLR注册更新问题。分析表明,与传统的分布式方法相比,这种组合方法既降低了系统的移动性管理成本,又减少了复制数据库的数量,从而节省了系统的设备成本。
