A lot of private information about users' physical condition are contained in e-health records, which may bring economic and health loss to users if leaked. Therefore, the information protection is particularly important in e-health record system. Experts and scholars have conducted researches on this field, but the nonrepudiation of existing schemes still can be improved. In this paper, we propose a certificateless signcryption scheme for ehealth record system. Due to the utilization of biometric key, the novel scheme can acheive identity authentication and secure data transmission, while ensuring the security of medical data.
