In this paper, we propose a certificateless signcryption scheme for ehealth record system. Due to the utilization of biometric key, the novel scheme can acheive identity authentication and secure data transmission, while ensuring the security of medical data. 摘要

提出电子健康档案系统,通过用户的智能可穿戴设备创建电子个人健康档案,实现更高效、更安全的治疗。电子健康记录中包含大量关于用户身体状况的私人信息,一旦泄露可能会给用户带来经济和健康损失。因此,信息保护在电子健康档案系统中显得尤为重要。专家学者对这一领域进行了研究,但现有方案的不可抵赖性仍有待改进。本文提出了一种用于电子病历系统的无证书签名加密方案。由于采用了生物识别密钥,该方案可以在保证医疗数据安全的同时,实现身份认证和数据安全传输。安全性分析表明,该方案能够抵御多种攻击。
