Through increasing the corresponding failure simulation modules, this paper can simulate the detailed failure mode and its performance, then provides the design modification. Application indicates that the proper alignment and the inappropriate bearing surface between two stages of multistage telescopic cylinder are main factors that should be focused in the design process.
