摘要

针对多级伸缩缸液压举升系统的失效机理,建立了多级伸缩缸液压举升系统的失效模块和协同失效仿真平台。通过增加相应的失效仿真模块,可以对其详细的失效模式及其性能进行仿真,从而提供设计修改。应用表明,多级伸缩缸两级之间的对中和支承面不合适是设计过程中应重点考虑的主要因素。液压举升系统故障仿真平台虽然传感器配置困难,但可以实现系统故障模式和影响分析的一体化。
