摘要

公共交通已成为城市可持续发展的重要内容之一。本研究探讨公共交通乘客满意度提升的影响因素,以火车乘客为例。除了以往研究讨论的因素外,本文还增加了数字服务因素。本研究采用PLS-SEM方法进行在线调查和数据分析。服务交付、机上体验和可达性是确保乘客满意度的最重要因素。虽然数字服务并不是乘客满意度的重要决定因素,但本文也提出了与IT治理相关的需要注意的问题。
