A study on application and effective use of evaluation method of smart community infrastructure using maturity model

The UN expects that the population of the urban zone reaches 68% of the population at large by 2050. The demand of the susutainable infrastructure development has risen so that rapid urbanization may cause problems of air pollution, congestion, and the negative environmental impact increase, etc.To make the sustainable urban development efficiency, ISO 37153 (Smart community infrastructures — Maturity model for assessment and improvement) [1] provides the method of the assess and the improvement as an International Standard. In this paper, ISO 37153 is applied to the city in ASEAN country, and the obtained problem and the the solution are discussed.It was almost possible to apply data deciding evaluation figure as a result of applying to an actual city. It is thought that a part of data that was not able to be acquired can be solved. It was possible to discuss with a local government concerning the infrastructure improvement based on the result of assessment, and it was also possible to step forward to the infrastructure improvement.
