The demand of the susutainable infrastructure development has risen so that rapid urbanization may cause problems of air pollution, congestion, and the negative environmental impact increase, etc.To make the sustainable urban development efficiency, ISO 37153 (Smart community infrastructures — Maturity model for assessment and improvement) [1] provides the method of the assess and the improvement as an International Standard. In this paper, ISO 37153 is applied to the city in ASEAN country, and the obtained problem and the the solution are discussed.It was almost possible to apply data deciding evaluation figure as a result of applying to an actual city. It is thought that a part of data that was not able to be acquired can be solved.
