Results are presented as a function of wavelength conversion capability, WDM channel’s number, number of slots per burst and burst arrival probability regarding burst loss rate. It is observed that at a given BLR of 10-4, required wavelength conversion capability is less for high number of WDM channels. At a certain number of WDM channel and given BLR of 10-4 for more slot’s number, wavelength conversion capability required is higher.
