摘要

本研究的目的是评估约旦五星级酒店人力资源信息系统(HRIS)的利用与员工绩效之间的关系中,员工敬业度作为中介因素的作用。在社会交换理论的基础上,通过对前人研究内容的分析,构建了社会交换理论的概念框架。采用定量和简单随机抽样的方法,对约旦21家五星级酒店的221名人力资源(HR)员工进行问卷调查,获得数据。应答率为71%。采用结构方程模型(SEM)对研究变量进行分析和验证。研究发现,人力资源信息系统的使用对员工绩效和工作投入都有显著的正向影响,而后者在人力资源信息系统的使用和员工绩效之间起部分中介作用。
