Many factors including meteorological attributes of a typhoon and complex information of affected areas are analyzed. The track, the wind velocity, and the year of typhoons are selected as the main factors for algorithm designing. At last, the feasibility of this algorithm is testified with historical data in recent years. 摘要

中国沿海地区经常遭受台风灾害,经常造成很大的破坏。借鉴适当的历史案例可以提高应急决策的效率。本文提出了一种新的时空相似度算法,以寻找最相关的台风事件。可以检索与当前台风灾害相似的案例,并按相似度排序。分析了台风的气象属性和影响区域的复杂信息等诸多因素。选取台风的路径、风速和年份作为算法设计的主要因素。最后,用近年来的历史数据验证了该算法的可行性。该方法也可应用于其他灾害领域。
