摘要

近年来,随着高等教育大众化的发展和在校学生规模的不断扩大,目前在国际高中实行分层教学是大势所趋。本文根据高校教育的使命和现状,结合学科设置的专业基础要求,探讨了部分专业实施分层教学模式的实践思路和分类教学管理的学科建设思路。通过研究总结从而带来教务管理方向的改变,同时,实施具体的分级教学政策,提出相应的分级管理的解决方案和建议,对提高教学质量,增强学生的积极性和创造性,促进学生个体的发展具有积极的借鉴意义。
