Influence of Laser Phase Noise on the Performance of Quantum Noise Stream Ciphered Coherent Optical Transmission System
The performance of Quantum Noise Stream Ciphered coherent optical transmission system is investigated under influence of laser phase noise. The laser linewidth tolerance of QNSC-64QAM is lower than QPSK by 3-MHz at OSNR penalty of 2-dB.
