摘要

目的:探讨新冠肺炎疫情后护生的职业认同。方法:共选取281名护生进行研究,83.62%的护生表示自己比较喜欢护理专业,95.01%的护生表示愿意奔赴抗疫一线。其中,男护生、参与学生会管理、组织校园活动的护生职业认同得分较高,差异有统计学意义(p < 0.05)。护生职业自我概念、留职收益与离职风险、职业选择自主职业认同得分分别为21.70±4.27分、13.11±3.20分、10.97±2.07分、6.49±1.28分、8.10±1.68分。新冠肺炎疫情中的护理形象有助于培养护生的责任感,提高其职业认同感。
