摘要
提出了一种基于GERT (Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique)的再制造不确定性管理分析方法。首先提出了四种基于随机再制造过程路由的随机再制造过程路由模型。然后对由各种工艺流程组成的再制造系统进行了分析,其中估计了与单个工艺相关的概率和时间。最后,以旧车床主轴再制造为例对该方法进行了验证,并通过Arena仿真进行了验证。
