With the further progress of society, China has implemented targeted poverty alleviation policies for counties and districts with relatively backward geographical locations and poor economic conditions. However, due to the differences and limitations of geographical locations, some regions in China cannot keep up with the national policy guidelines and fail to extend the policy system we have implemented to all aspects. Therefore, in order to solve the problems of precise identification, precise management and precise assistance of poor households encountered in the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy, this paper collects and processes poverty alleviation data by combining advanced modern technologies such as GIS geographic information system, GNSS, computer system and mobile Internet.
