With the further progress of society, China has implemented targeted poverty alleviation policies for counties and districts with relatively backward geographical locations and poor economic conditions. However, due to the differences and limitations of geographical locations, some regions in China cannot keep up with the national policy guidelines and fail to extend the policy system we have implemented to all aspects. Therefore, in order to solve the problems of precise identification, precise management and precise assistance of poor households encountered in the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy, this paper collects and processes poverty alleviation data by combining advanced modern technologies such as GIS geographic information system, GNSS, computer system and mobile Internet. 摘要

在实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,消除贫困、实现共同富裕已成为中国社会发展的重要目标。随着社会的进一步进步,中国对地理位置相对落后、经济条件较差的县区实施了精准扶贫政策。然而,由于地理位置的差异和限制,中国的一些地区跟不上国家的政策方针,未能将我们实施的政策体系推广到各个方面。因此,为了解决精准扶贫政策实施中遇到的贫困户精准识别、精准管理、精准帮扶问题,本文结合GIS地理信息系统、GNSS、计算机系统、移动互联网等先进现代技术对扶贫数据进行采集和处理。本文分析了基于地理信息的精准扶贫体系存在的问题,在此基础上提出了贫困县精准扶贫体系设计与实施的构建策略。
