A number of different standards/specifications have been proposed to tackle this issue. These standards are Ontology Web Language, Web Service Modeling Ontology, Business Process Modeling Language, Web Services Business Process Execution Language, Web Service Choreography Interface and Web Service -- Choreography Description Language.
