Identification of the Technology Convergence in the Field of Elderly Smart Home Based on Louvain Community Discovery Algorithm

Based on the patent co-occurrence matrix constructed by Python, this study constructs a technology convergence network and analyzes the convergence degree of each technology node. According to this, the LOUVAIN community discovery algorithm is used to cluster the technology nodes to form a community structure network and determine the distribution of technology nodes in the community on the basis of the module degree gain, in order to highlight the differences before and after technology convergence in the network, and improve the hierarchical and clarity of technology convergence field.On this basis, identify the of technology convergence field of elderly smart home. The study found that in the field of elderly smart home, the convergence of sensor technology and positioning technology was more widespread in the elderly safety monitoring community; the convergence of decontamination technology and detection technology widespread better in the elderly household cleaning community.
