摘要

为支持全球能源互联网战略,应保护水电与风电协同发电的通信安全。通过分析中国电网对通信技术的需求和现代电网信息技术的需求,提出了中国电网信息与通信保护网(ICPN)。构建了ICPN的总体功能体系结构,给出了关键技术。最后,在水风电协调调度系统中构建了具体的CHWG-ICPN系统。介绍了系统的数据共享、延时和安全防御功能。该系统为全球能源互联网战略的需要提供了技术支持。这对CHWG的工程应用具有重要意义。
