In a CW operation mode, an output power of 800W with a drain efficiency of 62% was achieved. 摘要
本文提出并制作了一种新型的高效四级Doherty功率放大器结构,便于在现代通信和数字电视标准的大功率应用中实际实现。在实际验证中,采用两个推轮LDMOS FET MRF6P3450作为载波放大器和峰值放大器,与传输线负载网络构成对称的四级Doherty PA。在连续工作模式下,输出功率为800W,漏极效率为62%。在PAR为9.5 dB的DVB-T OFDM工作模式下,平均输出功率为53 dBm, ACPR测量值为-30 dBc,漏极效率高达52%。
