An easy, simple way to shop, and even consumers can get cheaper prices compared to traditional shops, is indeed a choice for consumers. Very high internet speed also supports the rapid e-commerce business in Indonesia. The purposes of this study is 1) the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, 2) the effect of trust on perceived ease of use, 3) the effect of trust on perceived risk, 4) the effect of trust on intention to transact, 5) the effect of perceived usefulness on intention to transact, 6) the effect of perceived ease of use on the intention to transact and 7) the effect of perceived risk on the intention to transact.Population in this study is all consumers who use Tokopedia marketplace. The sample of this study amounted to 120 people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Testing the hypothesis used multiple linear regression. 摘要

越来越先进的技术使得网上购物不时地继续增长。一种轻松、简单的购物方式,甚至可以让消费者获得比传统商店更便宜的价格,确实是消费者的一种选择。非常高的网速也支持了印尼快速的电子商务业务。本研究的目的为:(1)信任对感知有用性的影响、(2)信任对感知易用性的影响、(3)信任对感知风险的影响、(4)信任对交易意向的影响、(5)感知有用性对交易意向的影响、(6)感知易用性对交易意向的影响、(7)感知风险对交易意向的影响。本研究的人群是所有使用Tokopedia市场的消费者。这项研究的样本达120人。本研究采用的抽样技术是有目的抽样。采用多元线性回归对假设进行检验。结果表明:1)信任对感知有用性有显著的正向影响,2)信任对感知易用性有显著的正向影响,3)信任对感知风险有显著的负向影响,4)信任对交易意向有显著的正向影响,5)感知有用性对交易意向有显著的正向影响,6)感知易用性对交易意向有显著的正向影响。7)感知风险对交易意愿有显著负向影响。关键词:信任,感知有用性,感知易用性,感知风险,交易意向,tokopedia
