摘要

针对高速网络在固定路由策略下的分组交换模式下存在服务质量约束的实时业务流,提出了一种实时呼叫接纳控制算法。该理论的发展是基于对网络节点的网络延迟的演算和一般的流量到达网络边缘的过程。给出了非抢占式最迟到期日调度策略下各网络节点实时连接可调度性的充分必要条件。这些充要条件构成了实时通信服务中确定性QoS保证的数学基础。最后提出了将端到端延迟界划分为满足端到端QoS要求的局部延迟界的方法。
