Biseka Denpasar. This research population is all employees with a sample of 106 respondents. Data were analyzed using the analysis equation models structural-based variant known by the analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that job stress does not affect the performance of employees, employee engagement has positive and significant effect on employee performance, job stress has positive influence and significant to organizational commitment, employee engagement has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study provide suggestions and feedback to the PT.
