摘要

本文建立了核电厂安全屏障优化设计的优化模型。通过应用所开发的模型,可以共同优化不同性质的安全屏障,即预防、缓解、应急和恢复措施,以实现业务连续性。提出了一种基于黄金搜索和遗传算法的分层数值优化方法。以某核电站为例,研究了在蒸汽发生器管破裂的情况下,如何在安全屏障的预防、缓解和应急之间进行资源分配,以最大限度地提高业务连续性。

Joint Optimization of Business Continuity by Designing Safety Barriers for Accident Prevention, Mitigation and Emergency Responses
