This research is an approach to human rights, corporate social responsibility, and the complementarity between both concepts, which not only represent an ethical requirement but also bring with it the need to of humanity. Human rights represent the starting point and the basis of any relationship of the institutions for coexistence in society. To carry out this study, it was resorted to bibliographic or documentary research, a strategy that allows knowing the subject of corporate social responsibility and human rights, as well as the complementarity between them. It is clear from the above that countries develop; however, this growth is only feasible to the extent that it helps man to grow as a person and as a full citizen. 摘要

当前位置企业社会责任已经成为管理的一个基本因素,它允许制定一项战略,使每个公司与同行区分开来。本研究是对人权、企业社会责任以及两者之间的互补性的研究,这不仅代表了一种伦理要求,也带来了人性的需要。人权是社会中共存的机构之间任何关系的起点和基础。为了进行这项研究,采用了书目或文献研究,这是一种战略,可以了解公司社会责任和人权的主题以及它们之间的互补性。从上面可以清楚地看出,国家在发展;然而,这种成长只有在帮助人类成长为一个完整的人和公民的情况下才是可行的。因此,有必要澄清的是,社会责任是可行的,因为它是基于人文主义的戒律,其实践是通过活动来进行的,其目标是确保和尊重人的人权,这只有在理解公司必须履行其对员工的承诺和义务的情况下才有可能。
