The evaluation index system includes 8 fist-level evaluation indexes which contain presentation mode, information quality, communication ability, attitude tendency, user situation, platform function, internal environment and external environment, and 24 second-level evaluation indexes which contain the quantity of pictures, authenticity, the quantity of retransmission, positive attitude, opinion leaders, and so on. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used for empirical analysis.
