摘要

提出了一种基于模糊三角数的实时高质量视频流量管理方法。研究了四种类型的高质量视频流量。建立了基于微分方程的交通仿真与预测数学模型。通过ateb函数求解。根据预测结果构造三角模糊数矩阵。该矩阵用于具有服务质量标准的电信网络的最优控制和管理。讨论了交通自相似度的影响。
