摘要

针对AOD炉倾斜系统低速、重负荷、倒车、频繁制动、冲击大的特点,采用了带前馈的双闭环系统。位置调节器和速度调节器采用PID算法。并设计了基于矢量控制的速度回路。利用MATLAB Simulink软件对该控制系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:调整时间为8s,位置稳态误差为0,完全达到了静态误差0.12弧度的要求目标。
