摘要

为了构建设计课程教学的理论体系，开发符合高等教育教学规律的多媒体教学资源。本文在理论分析的基础上，对教学设计和多媒体教学资源开发等技术进行了研究，提出了设计开发的原则和要求、设计开发的过程、设计开发的有效性评价，促进了高等教育教学方法的改革。
