摘要

在乌克兰建立土地市场需要为投资决策提供有效的方法支持。为此，有必要客观地研究乌克兰土地估价的经验。本文结合数据标准化的方法，分析了俄罗斯帝国对乌克兰土地进行评估的经验，并对其在当前条件下的应用前景进行了展望。鉴于20世纪初土地财产估值的历史经验，乌克兰土地的现值已经确定。公开了土地资源投资吸引力分析标准化方法的内容。在土地资源利用统计数据的基础上，采用数据标准化的方法，对乌克兰各地区的投资吸引力进行了分析。
