摘要

轴向液压柱塞泵由于其耐压高、排量大的特点,在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用,但高压、排量大也是造成柱塞泵故障的主要原因。本文从轴向液压柱塞泵的故障机理出发,分析研究了故障的信号特征,建立了故障信号采集与分析模型。最后,从硬件和软件两方面讨论了诊断系统的构建,将处理后的典型故障信号送入智能诊断系统,判断故障类型。最后,通过实验对本文方法进行了验证,验证了诊断系统的可靠性和有效性。
