本演示系统展示了一种视频解码器在Open RVC- cal Compiler (Orcc)平台上的可重构视频编码(Reconfigurable video Coding, RVC)框架中的实现。与传统的视频解码器不同，可重构视频解码器不是遵循特定的视频编码标准的解码器，而是根据实际的比特流动态构建的解码器，而比特流可能不符合任何标准。可重构视频解码器不仅接收压缩后的视频比特流，还接收解码器描述。作为一个例子，在这个演示中，我们使用即时自适应解码器引擎(Jade)重新配置AVS和H.264/AVC解码器。
